Your Brand Analysis is...

Easy to Find

When someone searches for your business by name, they’re finding you, and what they find is accurate. Almost every customer searches for you at some point, even the ones who heard about you from a friend, saw you on Instagram or met you in person. That search is where they confirm you’re real, check your reviews, and decide whether to reach out. Nice work!

The thing to watch is drift. Business details change over time: new services, new hours, a new location, an updated offer. Your website is usually updated, but older listings and profiles often aren’t. AI tools like ChatGPT also update what they know about businesses over time, pulling from what they find across the web. It’s worth searching your own name every few months, checking your Google Business Profile, and asking an AI tool to describe your business, just to make sure the picture is still right. Haven’t updated that Youtube channel in a while, or checked through some of your old blog posts? This is what leads to drift.

How search results, AI tools, reviews and listings describe your business, compared with how you want to be known.

Topic gap

What your business is currently known for, and what it should be known for but isn’t.

Format gap

The types of content that show up for your business and niche (reviews, guides, videos, photos, local listings) that you’re missing.

Web mentions gap

Directories, review sites, local listings and publications that mention your competitors but not you.

How many people search for your business by name, and whether that number is growing.

Your scores against the 6 gaps holding your brand back

These are the gaps where your answers showed room to improve.

↠ Priority means you’re most likely losing people who are already looking for you, so it’s the best place to start.

↠ Needs work means some of the foundations are there, but they aren’t consistent yet.
